Vacation home in southern France: The approximately 500-year-old village house was lovingly but certainly not perfectly restored 10 years ago. It is located in a small, quiet alley. There is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a roof terrace, a small room with a folding bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In addition, an extra toilet with sink directly in the bedroom. Each room has its own floor. In total, the house has a good 60 sqm. Not everything is perfect. The back of the house is on the mountain around which the village is nestled. That's why you'll find a wall on the ground floor that sometimes trickles out. That shouldn't bother you. Since the rooms are spread over 4 floors, you will have to climb stairs every now and then. The house is equipped with everything. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Exceptions to this are possible by arrangement. We currently ask guests to clean themselves after their stay, as we do not have a cleaning staff. On the roof terrace you will find 2 loungers and another dining table with chairs, as well as a grill and parasol. You can drive into the small street for loading and unloading. You can park, for example, in the neighboring street in marked places. The path to the sea is magnificent with its views, the food delicious, the people open-minded. The village has everything you need. If you don't want to, you don't have to leave. We also love the proximity to the wonderful city of Perpignan, which has clearly Catalan features.
