Guest access Full access to all areas in the house. Other things to note - All guests must present a valid ID. - It is important to provide check-in time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not show up within 30 minutes, the host may be absent and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. - Check-in after 10:00 p.m. requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of €20. - We provide one set of towels per guest, which includes a bath towel and a face towel. We also offer a change of bed linens, including towels and sheets, every 7 days. If you want extra towels, the price is €10/set. - There is a dossier with detailed rules about the property in digital format, the address of which is posted in the apartment. - A city tax is applied to all guests staying at properties located in Vila Nova de Gaia. - The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which can favor the appearance of mosquitoes, ants or other small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that some occasional insect will not enter our home, nor offer refunds if this happens. We do everything in our power to prevent this situation and ask our guests to cooperate by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
