Villa Tropicana

The spacious villa in the light colonial style is set in a quiet, spacious tropical garden and only 10 minutes by foot from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka. On request, chef, Ayurvedic masseur/in and tour guide can be booked. The space The 3 "residential units" in the villa (2 standard rooms and a 2-room suite) each have air conditioning, fan, private bathroom, private outdoor shower* and private veranda. Especially the large front porch of the villa invites you to relax extensively. Mosquitos only briefly occur at dusk. You have them under control when the little odorless evaporators in the outlet are turned on. We have our hot water prepared by the sun. *The 3 integrated outdoor showers invite you to shower with an open view up into the palms and in the evening into the stars. Guest access The spacious kitchen can be used for self-catering or you can book lunch or dinner on site, which our chef prepares to you to a high standard, individually and at very fair prices. The villa's large living room is equipped with modern music system, Wi-Fi, free water dispenser. An in-house massage room is available at your disposal, for example, ayurvedic massages that can be booked on site. Other things to note It is only about a 10-minute walk to the sandy palm beach through the nice little place, past small kiosks. Here you will find various restaurants. To the right there is a beautiful palm beach with small beach bars. To the left, there is a local mini fishing port and a protected beach lagoon. Endless beautiful palm beach stretches after a small "Bausünde" or another 3 minutes.
