Other things to note Upon initial booking, please let us know of your approximate check-in and check-out times. We do allow late check-ins since the backdoor uses a smart lock and app. Please, be aware that you will be booking an individual room with a lock, not the whole apartment. Parking is limited. Although there are 4 available parking spots, coordination might be needed, so please let us know if you are planning on driving down before booking. Please be sure to download the Airbnb App to receive the messages and the smart lock set-up. I send all of the house rules and instructions and you will receive them live from me a day or two before your arrival. If you do not have a smartphone, please let me know before booking so we can figure something out together. The water fed into the house is purified, so there's no need for bottled water. Both our toiletpaper and disposable kitchen napkins are bio-degradable. Our kitcken soap and hand wash are environmentally friendly as well. Be mindful that if you eat and leave food scraps on the floor, you will attract ant friends - as with any old house. Remember that the common areas are shared, so please be mindful of that. There is ample storage space in the rooms for toiletries and hooks for your towels, but if if you need anything to store, don't hesitate to ask. This is a pet friendly house, but please make sure your pets are treated for fleas and are in good health to protect our animal friends. Speaking of animals, PLEASE, be sure to let us know if you have any animal allergies before booking, so we can discuss whether we are a good fit for you or not. Checking-in at 2AM, for example, when your check-in time is noon is not considered early check-in. Other individuals stay in the property and often take advantage of the 11AM checkout time.
