Cozy basement in the heart of the beach, fully segregated with separate entrance, located on the south of Queen Street, only steps away from the public beach, Queen Street East features colourful indie shops, intimate bistros and hip bars, along with homey bakeries and ice cream parlours. Kew Gardens park offers skating and tennis, and hosts The Beaches International Jazz Festival. Paid street parking or public overnight parking available within hundred meters The space The open concept space is designed to accommodate free flow and shared experience among the guests, comes with additional heading and cooling unit Guest access The space has a separate entrance and not connected to the main house The space is perfect for up to 2 people and not suitable for larger get togethers The house is on a quiet street therefore not suitable for parties No frying fish in the unit is allowed due to allergies. Other things to note I allow certain pets and I would like to be asked for permission. I do not charge a cleaning fee, I provide a nice and clean space and expect my guests to leave it in decent condition, so please respect it like your own.
