3 Bedroom Villa Agra at the Border of Canggu

Villa Agra is located in Pererenan, dropping out of the door we are already at the border of Canggu, the internationally known destination for lifestyle, restaurant culture, ocean front clubs and the famous surf beaches.The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is centrally located, only one side street away from small breakfast cafes and traditional balinese street food places. The space A large overhanging roof protects the tropical house with the open living room right next to the azure pool and the fresh green exotic garden. Warm cream tones, natural wood furniture, rattan, bamboo elements are found in the interior, bringing cosiness and the feeling of a tropical home. The villa has 3 bedrooms where each room is completed with a private bathroom that closely takes the holiday needs of families or small groups into careful consideration. Each villa is tastefully appointed without compromising personal space and comfort. The villa has an integrated living and dining environment with an open kitchen. Leisure filled days can also be spent by the large pool. Other things to note Please note that a renovation has just started at a neighboring villa during office hours, which may cause some daytime noise. However, your privacy and villa facilities remain unaffected. Our current rates already reflect this situation, offering you the best value during this period. Our team will ask the copy of your ID during check in and also will ask you to fill the reservation form. One hour before check out, our staff will check the villa, if there is damage to the equipment, furniture and building parts due to the guest mistake, a compensation fee will be charged and will be deducted to your deposit. We would like to put extra attention to guest(s) with small kids, in regards to the swimming pool safety. Our pool have low pool with depth 60 cm but most part of the swimming pool have depth 1.40 m. It should be guest responsibility to take care their own small kids for their own safety. We are able to arrange a kids pool fence rental, the guest(s) will have to pay the cost of the pool fence rent to the rental company. And guest should book the pool fence rental in advance. The first and third bedroom has queen bed size which could sleep for maximum 2 guest for each bedroom. The second bedroom has a smaller size of the bedroom, therefore we put a twin bed that can sleep also for 2 guests. Term and Condition for Free airport shuttle transport 1. Only for guest who book with standard price (not promotion/discount/special offer price). 2. Free one way airport pick up by one car for guest who stay minimum 3-4 nights. 3. Free one way airport pick up by one car and one way airport drop off by one car for guest who stay minimum 5 night. 4. Free shuttle transport only cover area : Airport, Kuta, Denpasar area, for other area outside this area, there will be additional cost. 5. Free shuttle transport above 10 pm to 6 am there will be additional cost for overtime. 6. Free shuttle transport EXCLUDE if guest need to stop at restaurant or other places that need to wait more then 30 minutes. If more then 30 minutes there will be additional cost and guest need to make requirements to host. 7. In the case guest need more then 1 car because overload of luggage, we will help guest to find additional car and the cost will be borne by the guest. Check Out Procedure • Check-out time is 12.00 pm on your departure date. Please observe this rule, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next guest arrival. • If you want to check out earlier than the standard check-out time, please inform our co-host a day in advance. • Extension of check out time until 6.00 pm is subject to space available and additional 50% from villa rate per night will be applied. Check-out after 6.00 pm is subject to one night villa charge. • One hour before check out, our staff will check the villa, if there is damage to the equipment, furniture and building parts due to the guest mistake, a compensation fee will be charged and will be deducted to your deposit. • All bills while staying in the villa must be paid before check out. • You will be asked to fill the guest comment form to help us improve our services. • Our staff will help bring your luggage from the villa to the parking lot.
