Stay in a quiet residential neighborhood on the north edge of Wichita. Our guest suite, located in the basement of our family home, features two bedrooms, a roomy bathroom, and a living area with 60' TV and access to Netflix, local channels, and movies on DVD. There is a separate room with a microwave, coffeemaker, kitchen table and mini fridge with cold bottled water. There is off-street parking with security lightning. The quiet neighborhood is a great place for a walk or a run. The space You will have a separate entry that leads directly to your space, but at the top of the stairs there may be "cross traffic" as we access the laundry room or garage. Once downstairs in your space, it is entirely yours! There is a sitting area on the front porch that you are welcome to use. Guest access The laundry at the top of the stairs is not available for guest use. There is absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the property. Other things to note As this is a quiet residential neighborhood, and since we live on the main level, we observe a quiet time from 11pm until 6am, and request that guests do the same. We do not allow parties or unregistered overnight guests. Violations will lead to the immediate termination of your stay. If guests smoke in the space, there will be an additional $250 cleaning charge added to your stay. Absolutely no smoking!
