The property features a spacious open-air front garden and back garden, with direct access to the river. • Local convenience shops, a café, and the bus stop are just a five-minute walk away. • The Tonca ferry terminal is only two minutes from the property and offers transport links to Bicholim and the northern regions of Goa. • The picturesque St Estevam Fort can be reached via a 15-minute walk or a five-minute drive. • Marcel Market is just a five-minute drive away and offers a wide range of amenities including shops, eateries, a fish market, supermarket, cinema, pharmacies, clinics, banks, cashpoints (ATMs), temples, and more.
