Located on the 1st floor, this bed & breakfast offers a unique view of unforgettable sunsets. The interiors are characterized by an exposed-beam ceiling and particularly well-kept furnishings, with solid wood floors, included in the bathroom shared with the Bianco Cuore room. The LED lights create a cozy atmosphere, while the air conditioning is positioned in the hallway, where there is also a desk. The internet connection is guaranteed via 20 mb Wi-Fi. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all common areas and services are currently suspended and available only by prior arrangement and for a separate fee. The current price includes only overnight stay, without breakfast and without linen. The activities and services described will resume once the health emergency has passed. The space House of 365 square meters with a garden of 300 square meters, surrounded by 2 hectares of land that offer an enchanting and natural environment. The property houses a bed & breakfast, Ca' del Ciliegio, an old farmhouse renovated by an architect, who is also the owner, along with his psychologist wife. In addition to serving as a B&B, the property serves as a professional studio and headquarters of the ABdC ONLUS association. The surrounding land immerses the property in a fantastic world, enriched by a stream that flows between bamboo of various species. Local fauna includes hares, squirrels, owls and, occasionally, ferrets and fireflies on summer evenings. Three donkeys live beyond the stream, while an artificial waterfall and an imposing tree add charm to the landscape. In the future, the land will host a synergistic vegetable garden, a small pond, a bamboo forest of all species and an organic orchard, in addition to the existing vineyards that will produce the Torchiato di Fregona DOCG. Currently, the property produces a delicious prosecco grown with natural methods. The kitchen of the property is fully equipped, with a two-burner glass-ceramic hob, and the high ceiling with exposed beams adds a touch of rustic elegance to the environment. Guest access Guests can access all outdoor spaces of the property along with other guests. Access to the property is via a small stone road that starts from the main road and leads to a convenient parking lot. The entrance is separate and dedicated exclusively to guests, located in the back of the property. During your stay We are available to meet the special needs and requests of our guests, preferably agreed in advance, to ensure a personalized and satisfying experience during their stay. Other things to note The property currently houses two friendly cats, with the expected arrival of some less fortunate dogs. Guests can use the library on request and, during the permitted hours, play the available musical instruments: a piano, two guitars and a harmonica. Some bicycles are available, ideal for those who attend illustration courses. For hiking enthusiasts, the property offers baby carriers and backpacks for children up to 12 kg, as well as technical hiking backpacks.
