It also hosts a Fireplace , is fully air conditioned (mode Heat or cool) & extra blankets. In the winter months, we do not use the Central heating but instead the air conditioning on heat mode!!! It has 3 baby Beds/Play pens, high-chairs, Stroller, kids plates + cups, 2 large fridge/freezers, Private Pool area, safety deposit box, sunbed Loungers. Outdoor BBQs and Clay Oven to make your own Kleftiko or Pizza!! We provide Tea/Coffee and Unlimited filtered drinking Water! The closest airport is Larnaca International which is a 25 minute drive away. The villa is Just off the A3 highway. 15 mins drive to central Larnaca. Ideal for people seeking privacy, Serene leisure or a Business Stay. Only a 4 Minute drive to the beach and local shops. Easy access to the the highway, which takes you all over Sunny Cyprus. 4 minutes drive to the CTO Beach and Cyprus Uclan University. 10 mins drive to the well know Galu seaside venue. 20 minute drive to one of Europes favourite themed waterparks (Agia Napa) Sleeping Arrangements: 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and the 5th on the ground floor. There is a small outdoor 6th room by the pool with a double bed if required. There are 6 WC at the villa. 5 are located in the home and the other is outside by the pool area. Airport transportation costs approximately 150 euros for a mini-bus for up to 20 persons...one-way....but i can get an exact quote....also the driver can stop at a mini market on the way to the villa...if you need to shop for supplies! Locally within Pyla village, you will find many Casinos, some really nice local bars and restaurants and fashion clothing brand stores. There are also 24 hour bakeries and mini-markets. Larger Supermarkets are accessible by car/taxi. Upon check-in, you will find a guest book regarding important house information on the entrance table. Please take the time to read this. There is an app called "Wolt" or "Foody" that you can download on your phone for Groceries, Food deliveries etc to the villa! Before booking you are welcome to send me your questions/queries! Other things to note We would Highly appreciate the house being left clean and orderly on your departure. Please switch off Air Conditions when you exit any room or you are not at home. Please do not remove the bath towels from the villa upon departure, otherwise they will be charged for. No loud speakers or high noise levels at the mansion especially outdoor areas. You can smoke in all outdoor areas and Verandas. All air conditioning can be used on cool or hot mode for the winter months. If you require a safety deposit box, please let us know before your arrival. Please note Disclaimer: you are responsible for yours and your childrens safety, during your stay! Especially in the pool, verandas and kids play areas. Family Dinners, Business workshops, Seminars, are most definitely WELCOME! The villa is NOT a Party house. Parties are strictly prohibited 🚫 Please be considerate of the neighbours, No loud crazy parties at the pool area!
