Studio 37 is newly renovated allowing guests to enjoy the combination of its luxurious styling, seductive charm and privacy in the heart of Byron Bay. As for location, while you’re close to the centre of town, you’re also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax and unwind. The space Studio 37 provides guests with complete privacy to enjoy their own slice of paradise when visiting Byron. Stylishly decorated with a full kitchen, spacious open plan lounge and dining room, bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry there is nothing you will want for during your stay. Outside is a sprawl of tropical plants surrounding a private outdoor deck with trellises, palms and deck chairs perfect for sitting back and unwinding after a day at the beach or strolling through the abundance of boutique shops Byron has to offer. We accept bookings with children, but it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any special equipment they require. Our accommodation is not specifically set up for children. Due to Airbnbs recent changes, we would like to inform all guests that as we are located in a rural area there can be disruption to services at times. We as hosts will do all we can to minimise the impact this may have on your stay. Due to our location, engagement of tradies is in high demand and therefore if these services are required during your stay we will do all we can as hosts to resolve these issues as quick as possible. Choose a ten minute walk or five minute drive to local beaches, the town centre and to the Byron Lighthouse. Or, with the Byron Bay bike path running past Studio 37, rent a bike and zip around the 15 km’s of idyllic bike paths that stretch from Tallows Beach in the south to The Farm Byron Bay in the north.
