House near the village of Noël du Barcarès

Beautiful restored house in a small village well served by the A9 (exit 41), train station, airport, sea, Perpignan about 10/15 minutes Close to the Christmas village of Barcarès but also to that of Pia (smaller but family) and many other activities On the ground floor, reception room, shower room, toilet 1st floor bright and air-conditioned living room 2nd floor two air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom, toilet No outside and no wifi….. it's the holidays! The space The house is restored and has all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay at my place. You can enter independently with a secure key box, which allows late arrivals and setbacks. You have fairly complete equipment in terms of appliances. (washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, cooking and breakfast preparation equipment) all rooms are air-conditioned A TV is available in the living room (DVDs available for children) and two large sofas will allow you to rest when you return from your walks and activities. In the first bedroom you have a baby bed and a double bed, in the second a single bed and a double bed. Guest access you will have the entire house, only one room on the ground floor that serves as a storage area is not accessible to you Other things to note The health crisis related to Covid-19 is behind us, but know that I am doing everything I can to clean and disinfect the house so that you can come to my home with complete peace of mind.
