Exclusive apartment with swimming pool in Villa Romano

Cozy apartment in the hills just a few miles from the sea. Ideal for those who love to relax in the greenery and take a dip in the pool! Suitable for families with children, friends, young couples, and all those who want to escape the chaos of the city! The accommodation is available for a minimum of 6 NIGHTS and for a minimum of 2 PEOPLE. In accordance with the new policy and in order to guarantee the maximum possible security, the accommodation has been limited to one unit at a time - you will be the only guests in the villa! The space The apartment is on the second floor (one flight of stairs). It consists of 1 living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bathroom with a shower. Equipped with all amenities, it can accommodate up to 5 people. Children under 2 years of age stay FREE. Upon request, we have a free portable crib, high chair and bathtub. The use of the air conditioner is included in the price, as well as the indoor parking space and breakfast for the first day of the stay. There are no extra cleaning costs. There is a fee for using the washing machine. Sorry, no Wi-Fi is available. The accommodation is available for a minimum of 6 NIGHTS and for a minimum of 2 PEOPLE. Guest access Guests can take advantage of the large garden to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, dining under the gazebo, relaxing in the shade of the olive trees or by the pool. The barbecue can be used free of charge. Entrance to the pool for guests is also free and included in the price for the duration of the stay. The pool is shared with me and my family and is available from June to September. It is about 30 square meters, small but very nice, ideal for cooling off and much loved by children. In accordance with the recently implemented safety and prevention measures, the entire facility, including outdoor spaces, will not be accessible to guests other than you (we have limited the facility's receptivity to better safeguard the safety and health of our guests). Other things to note The area is not connected by public transport, so a car is required. Both the sea and the highway can be reached in 10 minutes. At the time of booking, all the necessary information to get to the house will be provided.
