Butterwell House is a spacious, 4 bedroom farmhouse with original features and enclosed private garden with lawn & patio area. Perfect for 4-8 guests. We are spoilt with beautiful Cornish countryside, close to the sea, moors, woods, National Trust locations or visit our towns or the city of Truro. The village shop & Award Winning local restaurant is just 1 mile. Picturesque nearby fishing harbors' of Looe & Polperro offer shops, pubs and there's plenty of beaches along the Coastal footpaths. The space Stepping into Butterwell House you will find spacious rooms and a welcoming feel. Featuring slate floors, log burner and original fireplaces. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with table & chairs. A cosy lounge with log burner, sofas and large dining table & chairs to comfortably seat 8 guests, (plus highchair if req) with games & books for all ages. A utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer and a stocked cupboard with a range of items such as an ironing board, vacuum, highchair, booster seats, toilet paper etc and a separate WC. The first twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. The first floor has 3 large bedrooms; King bedroom with sofa, cot & en-suite. King bedroom with en-suite and the second twin room. There is also a further bathroom and a shower room upstairs. The private, enclosed garden is perfect to relax and enjoy, it has a lawn and patio area with picnic benches, sun loungers and a BBQ. The property is over 100years old & located in beautiful Cornish countryside on our working farm. Originally one large house, the property & outside space is now separated into our main Farmhouse, Butterwell House & an Annex. Guest access Guests will have sole use of Butterwell House with its own separate entrance, fenced front garden and private, enclosed rear garden. Ample parking in front of property available for up to 3 cars. Other things to note If you are bringing your dog with you, please ensure they are included in your booking request under the pet section when selecting the number of guests.
