Butterwell House is a 4 bedroom traditional farmhouse with character features and secluded garden in an idyllic rural setting. A short distance from the coast, enjoy our beaches, find hidden coves along miles of coastal footpaths or quiet woodland walks and visit beautiful National Trust locations. Nearby picturesque fishing harbors' of Looe, Polperro, Polruan & Fowey offer shops, cafés & pubs. Lots of local attractions for fun days out. The village shop & pub in Duloe is 1 mile away. The space Stepping into Butterwell House you will find spacious rooms and a welcoming feel. Butterwell House is perfect for a cosy break or a holiday home for a family get-together. The ground floor: * Well-equipped kitchen with table & chairs. * Cosy lounge/dining room with inglenook fireplace & log burner, smart TV, comfortably seats 8 guests with games & books for all ages. * Utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer and a well stocked walk-in cupboard * WC * Twin bedroom The first floor: * King bedroom with cot & en-suite. * King bedroom with en-suite * Twin room. * Bathroom * Shower room upstairs. The private, enclosed garden is a perfect place to relax. Enjoy the lawn and patio area with picnic benches, sun loungers and a BBQ. This 150 year old rural retreat is located on our working farm. Originally one large victorian house, it is now separated into our main Farmhouse, Butterwell House & an Annex all with their own gardens. Guest access Guests will have sole use of Butterwell House with its own separate entrance, fenced front garden and private, enclosed rear garden. Ample parking in front of property available for up to 3 cars. Other things to note If you are bringing your dog with you, please ensure they are included in your booking request under the pet section when selecting the number of guests.
