The bedroom features a pullout queen sofa bed; chair; 2 windows w/blinds, spacious closet; drawers; private fridge w/ice; your own Keurig coffee maker w/free supplies; cable TV w/HBO, WIFI; a space heater; linens & towels; soap; hair dryer; a window a/c unit is provided during warm weather months. The bdrm connects to a full bathroom w/shower. The bthrm may be shared with guests in a second bedroom, if occupied. However, the bathroom doors to each bedroom lock from inside the bthrm for privacy. The space The house has two entrances: one from the front w/eight steps to the front door and a second from the back with a few steps but there's a lift running from the ground level driveway to a patio and entrance to the back door just a few feet away w/ one small step up into house, and an interior lift to the bedroom, making the back entrance to the house and Bedroom essentially BARRIER FREE and perfect for disabled guests! The outdoor lift can also be used for heavy luggage, even if you don't otherwise need it. Guests for this listing may park cars in the house's driveway. Please note that the accommodations do NOT include any kitchen amenities. Also, our adorable small dog, Lillie, will not be allowed any access to the guests but you may hear her bark when you enter the premises.
