The main decoration of the cottage is a bear skin, fox and raccoon skins. The cottage has its own fenced area with a gazebo and a barbecue. There is a small living area in the fireplace room. A large 300-liter aquarium with lots of fish, jellyfish and chinchilla, in a specially equipped house. 1st floor: a large hall with a table for a large company and a cozy fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen (fully equipped with dishes and appliances). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a balcony overlooking 2 ponds with live fish. There are two terraces of 50 sqm and 8 sqm with furniture, smoking is allowed (hookah is also allowed, bring it with you). The cottage has 15 beds. The event can accommodate up to 20 people, but with the expectation that fifteen will stay overnight. Payment for the number of people present in the cottage, over 15, is made separately at the rate of 1000 rubles per person. The plot is 15 acres. Two barbecues (grills, skewers, cauldron are all available). There is parking. The area is well lit at night. There is a bus stop 50 meters from the house, a Polkilo store (selling live fish, crayfish, oysters) and a Pyaterochka store 5 minutes away by car, and an Olshany grocery store within walking distance. There are many trees on the 15 acres of the plot - pines, spruces, large birches and sea buckthorn bushes, fir trees, flowers. We accept pets. Guest access By your own means: from Savelovsky station by train (one hour) to Morozki station, then by bus (15 minutes) to the cottage, as the bus stop is next to the house. Other things to note 1. Check-in and check-out are arranged individually. Standard check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., check-out is at 1:00 p.m. If guests want to check in earlier or extend their stay with us, there is a surcharge of 500 rubles. Paid separately, in the cottage. 2. Guests bring their own charcoal. 3. Guests are divided into two categories. The first one is ready to wash the dishes, so they use the dishes that are in the kitchen. And there are guests who for some reason do not want to bother and do not want to wash the dishes.
