We love to spend time at home, it's peaceful, give or take a bleat or a moo! & the odd tractor passing by. Sometimes you feel like you could hear a pin drop & yet we are only 10 minutes from Llanrwst & 15 minutes away Llandudno, Conwy & Betws y Coed. We would love you to come and stay with us; See for yourselves what a beautiful part of the world this is. The space Our place is close to Snowdonia, Beaches, Adventure activities, amazing scenery & silence. You’ll love our place because of the lack of noise & clean country air, great views, and stargazing in the hot tub . Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families & pets. As well as the exclusive wood burning Hot Tub, you have an outside sitting area, Weber BBQ, and firepit. a traditional; Breakfast is available on request.. Our breakfasts have been very well received and we like to use local produce where possible, we often have homemade breads & goodies plus yogurts, cereals, juice on the table & fresh tea & coffee by the gallon!! we can offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options and we are more than happy to discuss any dietary requirements. Full Welsh Breakfast starting at £11.99 per person (children £6.99) Continental £9.99 ( Children £5.99) Packed lunch £7.50 (children £5.99) Afternoon Tea £12.50 (children £7.99) Meals on arrival can be discussed with us, we are happy to cook you something delicious up for when you arrive. Pizza experience , bases x 2 passata sauce, Cheese & pizza herbs £30 you can add your own choice of toppings. Bella sleeps 4 comfortably. Inside we have a full double bed and a two seater sofa bed, a heater & everything you need for a cosy evening; We have a kitchen shed in there is a full gas cooker, electric kettle, washing up facilities and table and chairs. We also provide all the basics; plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Tea coffee, Sugar, cleaning products, loo rolls etc. Outside we have a wood burning hot tub, sun lounger, rattan table and chairs for four. plenty of lock up space for bikes. We have a dedicated shower room & have a Loo shed' with a fully plumbed in flushing toilet & hot and cold running water. If you can't locate anyone on arrival please we are sometime on the yard or in the garden. It's very Peaceful with great views of Snowdonia and Denbigh Moors. Super walking, biking and quiet lanes for hacking. No light pollution. A number of local pubs a short drive away. Lifts to and from are available on request. We have some great activity centers around us & we are happy to discuss any of them with you. If you are planning on taking the train up Snowdon or have a go on the Zip World wire, Go below, Bounce Below etc. please book ahead as it gets very busy in the summer. We can provide you with telephone booking numbers. Narla our German shorthaired pointers and Miss Pimms and Millie our miniature dachshunds may pay guests a visit they are very friendly & happy to meet your dogs should you choose to bring them. We do recommend that you bring some provisions, milk, food Wine etc with you as we are 3 miles from the village of Llangernyw & it will save you having to pop out after your arrival. Unless you want to of course :) Llanrwst has a Co-op open until 8 pm (except Sundays then it's 4 pm) & Llandudno Junction has a Tesco. We are happy to accept a supermarket delivery for you should you choose to do an online shop prior to your arrival. Just let us know when to expect it. We have so much to do in this part of North Wales, from walking & climbing, beaches, Fishing, Jet ski's etc, Adrenalin adventure activities that are not for the faint hearted, we get artists and photographers, Cyclist, cookery enthusiasts & of course those who just want to get away from it all and chill in the the peace and quiet & look at the stars on a clear night. Guest access Pretty much access all areas, there is plenty of space for you. We just ask that you don't enter the fields with the horses in & keep a close eye on your dogs. This is a farming area so we ask you to be mindful of the tractors and their machinery on the roads & tracks and please keep your dogs on leads if there are livestock around. We have recently upgraded the fencing around the site to control your dog’s access to the fields and off site. It only works if gates are closed, so please ensure, as good countryside practice, if a gate is closed when you get to it please close it after yourself. Other things to note Our guests have informed us of the importance of booking activities early, so if you are planning on visiting attractions such as Zip-world, Bounce below, or want to get the train up Snowdon we recommend you book early as it can get busy in the summer.
