Scandinavian Cabin in the Pines w/Sauna & River

NO SERVICE FEES! This Scandinavian-inspired cabin is nestled in a 40-year-old Red Pine Tree Plantation. Built by 2 best friends, it is constructed almost entirely by local lumber. The cabin sits across the street from the gently flowing Pine River. Sweat away your adventures in the sauna, relax by the fire pit, or float the river. If you're a biker, we are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyan trail and 45 minutes from the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Trails. We allow 1 well-trained pet under 40lbs with approval. The space One queen bed downstairs and one queen bed upstairs in the loft. You will need to climb the ladder to access the loft. One bathroom with a clawfoot tub with shower. BBQ and patio seating. Our property is on both sides of the road with a wide path to walk down to the river. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cabin, the sauna, relax on the river side of the property and enjoy the walking trails! ( a map is in the binder for the trails there are little wooden arrows marking the trail) Other things to note Floating the river is one of the best parts of staying at the cabin in the summer! You can bring your own inner tubes, floaties or kayaks. When it's hot it's a great way to enjoy the river. If you are going to go down the river you will need your own vehicle to transport tubes either before or after your float, depending on if you start or finish at the cabin. During drought times the river can get low. During certain times the grasses/weeds grow in the river. Use at your own risk, we take no responsibility.
