Enjoy the comforts of home in this 1st floor, private 2-bedroom condo in the SW Chicago Suburbs. We offer all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There are two queen beds, full-size futon and sofabed, and a very comfy couch your sleeping comfort. Enjoy plush towels, plus lots of pillows and blankets. We are near Moraine Valley Community College, Stagg High School, Palos Community Hospital, many forest preserves & trails, golf courses, and much more. 30-day minimum The space If you need a stay less than 30 days, please reach out to us, as we may have other nearby options available. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the first floor in a multi-unit building. We have stocked it well, so that you have everything you need away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, and more. There are dishes and silverware for 8. We have included coffee and tea and a few extras for your convenience. In the bathroom, we have provided you with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other emergency amenities, in case you forget anything. The two queen beds are super comfortable plush. The futon in one bedroom unfolds into a bed. The sofabed is standard, and the couch is comfy to sleep on too. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning units in each bedroom and in the common area. The bedrooms have black-out curtains, and the living/dining rooms have vertical blinds that also block a lot of light. There are two desks in the unit. The living room desk has menus for local eateries and travel brochures if you are looking to do something touristy. We've got Roku on the TV, which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and several other apps, including news channel apps and local stations. You can log into your own apps or watch the ones provided. There is also an antenna on the TV for local channels. If you are staying long-term or for business, we can also provide you with a printer upon request. Guest access You have access to the entire condo. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level of the building. Laundry costs $2.25 per load for washing and drying (quarters). Other things to note This is not a party house, but if you would like to have ANY guests (family dinner, etc.), please let us know in advance. There are only two assigned parking spots for the unit, and if you have guests and need more spots, we will need to make some arrangements. Additionally, there may be an extra charge for guests that do not stay the night if they are not disclosed in advance. Children are welcome to stay here, but we do not have any special accommodations (no child-proofing, etc.) NO SMOKING on the property. There is no access to the mailbox at this property. If it is extremely cold outside and the radiant heating system can't keep up, there are space heaters in the unit. Please be sure to read the entire listing, rules, and cancellation policy before booking, as well as confirming the dates of your trip. We will not issue full refunds for trips within 1 week past 2 hours of booking confirmation due to not reading the details. Please note that same day bookings may have a later check-in, up to 9:00 PM, depending on our internal schedule.
