Fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen and dining room. You'll enjoy the charming and quiet private garden. Direct bus to Lausanne center (15') or to Renens train station (8'). Bakery, grocery shop and delicious restaurant 2' walk. 15' drive to the lake and EPFL/Unil. The space 300m2 house on 3 levels. Old barn restored with modern equipment. Very bright and spacious house. 3 bedrooms with double beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1 double bed in the living-room (bed hidden behind the sofa under the roof). Bed linen and towels at your disposal. Dishes, cooking utensils and basic food available. Private garden with a view on the Lake of Geneva. Bicycles (adults and kids) available on request. Private parking space next to the house. This is our house, where we live with our two boys and rent it out during our vacations. Please take care of it as much as we love it.
