Welcome to my home. I travel the world for my work and offer you my apartment. The apartment is located between Canal du Midi and Marengo SNCF metro stations on the canal at the Negreneys footbridge. You will be in the immediate vicinity of the hypercenter of Toulouse, Airbus Saint Éloi and the Japanese Garden. I hope you have a lovely stay. Please also respect the neighborhood: parties are forbidden in my apartment. The space My 50 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building by the Canal du Midi and overlooks a quiet street on the bedroom and living room side. This consists of the following: A living area with kitchen, dining and lounge. You will find everything you need to cook comfortably: cooktop, dishwasher, multifunction oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The table is ideal for 2 but can also be unfolded to accommodate 4 people without discomfort. The bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm), shelves and dressers for your belongings. Also present is a baby crib. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with wall, sink, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. I am committed to reducing the environmental footprint of this rental and only want to host guests who are sensitive to this approach. To this end: - I only use household products that meet the European Union Ecolabel and invite you to do the same. -I apply the recommendations of the French state by respecting article R241-26 of the energy code which regulates the interior temperatures of a dwelling, this in order to reduce energy consumption. Guest access You will have the entire apartment for your stay. Other things to note Parking is paid in the neighborhood. Free spaces are a few hundred yards away. Please visit the Toulouse City Hall website and the "local parking plan" page of the Raisin Negreneys district to view the boundaries of the paid resident parking area. Around the Airbus Saint Eloi site, for example, parking is free. The nearest free street parking is on Rue de Chaussas. The nearest public underground parking is a 13-minute walk to Jeanne d'Arc.
