The Dower cottage is a 3 storey house 10m from the beach. It is an 'upside down' house to make the most of the fabulous sea views and the ever changing scenery of our beautiful rocky bay. The Oyster farm and the Napoleonic Icho Tower standing watch. There is a small patio area at the front of the property, providing adequate space for outdoor dining and sunbathing should you wish. Dower cottage is our family home, we warmly invite you to enjoy it and ask that you respect our possessions. The space 3 double bedrooms available, consisting of 3 double beds. 2 family bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and the entrance doubles as a snug with beach items + for your use. ( including wetsuits). There is private, off road parking for a car. The top bedroom (4th) is locked and not for use. Guest access 2 access: Front through a gate, off road, onto a small patio area. A lock box is here for your use. The rear access is with 2 parking spaces. Also a lock box here for your use.
