Additional bonuses!! •private hot tub• shared tennis court• games room The space Downstairs the large reception spaces, with underfloor heating, log burners, traditional aga, modern kitchen appliances (including an american style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser) and large smart TV provide real luxury and idea spaces to entertain. A games room features a pool table and large smart TV with Retro games console. Upstairs the bright and airy bedrooms (2 en-suite) and stunning family bathroom - with large stand alone bath tub, walk in shower, floor to ceiling tiles and roof light, ensure the feeling of luxury follows upstairs. Bedroom 1 and 2 feature large super-king beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed and with zip-lock beds the fourth bedroom can be set up as double or twins to meet your groups needs. This room also has 1 bunk bed. Please note that the bunk beds are only suitable for children so the maximum number of adults welcomed in a group is 8. We can provide additional sleeping arrangements for additional children - please make contact for further information before booking to ensure we can meets your needs. Guest access You have the entire cottage and your own private garden with hot tub. You can also use the tennis court, as well as making use of the footpaths on the farm, leading to Glastonbury Tor and the village. We have a little honesty shop on-site – stocked with essentials, treats, cheeses & handmade butter from Batch Farm, selection of meats, pies and quiches from a local butchers, small children’s holiday gifts, and a selection of bespoke handmade items created by us. It’s a lovely spot for picking up something special or forgotten!

Arrangements for additional children, within the party may be possible if agreed before booking. Guests are expected to be considerate of others staying on the farm , particularly when using outside spaces after 10pm.
