You have a private bedroom with air conditioning and have access to all important areas: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room (with air conditioning), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with bath and a closed garden where you can relax. The host's bedroom is closed, but otherwise the house is completely at the disposal of the guests. In most cases, you have the house all to yourself. If I am present myself (rare), I will always let you know in advance so there are no surprises. This place is ideal for couples, solo travelers or work stays who love peace and comfort, but still want all the amenities at hand.
