Blessings and Grace in the Country

If you love visiting the countryside and living on a real farm then you have come to the right home. Enjoy sitting on the wrap around porch, sitting in a swing, rocking chairs and settee. Listen to various animal and bird sounds while enjoying a cup of coffee, “ just a swinging” on the front porch. Great for family, wedding, or reunions stays in Baxley area. The space My parents home was built during WW11. They experienced trying to build their first home while everything was rationed because of the war. My father worked the land and my mother taught school to bring in extra money. Their farm has been in the family since 1944 and I treasure it very much. I hope to continue to farm the land and would love to share this beautiful home that brought hope, love, and was truly blessed. Guest access To the whole house, with your personal room you rent. Each bedroom is rented individually. I do give special rates when renting more than one room. During your stay I love socializing with my guest! I like learning about them, where they are from, going to, and sharing my experiences about life on a farm. Other things to note Come and enjoy watching squirrels playing in the trees, listen to birds chirping, and deer coming in the yard at dusk and early morning. Watch farmers driving their tractors to tend their land during the day on the dirt road in front of the home.
