PinPorto City Center III is one of four flats we have in the same building. It has a perfect location for those who want to stay in the heart of the city, 15 minutes walking to the downtown. This flat is spacious, clean, with excellent sun exposure and 3 balconies. We provide a child's crib and high chair upon request. It's not allowed any kind of parties or celebrations. The noise time is from 8am to 10pm, and it's prohibited disturb the neighbors anytime. We don’t have parking. The space This spacious, clean and cosy flat set on the 3rd floor has 4 rooms and a comfortable living room. It is as suitable for a couple as it is for a group of 10. We provide you with everything you need to have a comfortable stay such as tableware and pots, towels, sheets, wi-fi and tv with international channels.
