Nestled in the heart of wine country & a 5 minute drive from "Historic Old Town"-- we offer a private, spacious suite on the lower level of our home. 1 bedroom w queen bed + 1 daybed that doubles up for 2 in the common area + kitchen / living room / 1 parking & wine tasting coupons. Local eateries, groceries, shops & playground close by. . Now hosting longer stays of 28 + days. The space Our home with keyless entry, offers a quiet, spacious and private "self-contained suite"-- just under 900 square feet of well-appointed living space located on the lower level of a high ranch bungalow which is accessed through a shared entrance. Your host lives on the upper level and welcomes any question you may have about the area. The space is full height, bright with large windows and offers plenty of privacy-including one bedroom with a new queen bed; a bathroom with large shower and seating; a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, several small appliances and a dining area; a common area with a large daybed that extends to a king size "with 2 real Serta mattresses" and a living area with couch, TV and thermostat-controlled fireplace. The suite is well furnished and includes access to WiFi. If you have children, they can enjoy various toys or make crafts and play games on child size furniture. No charge for children under 2 sleeping with parents in the bedroom. (see House Rules in "Booking"). Parents must bring their own playpen or travel bed and bedding for this child. A baby seat and chair are available on site. Guests can access a shared back patio and yard. Driveway parking for one car only. Guest access The self-contained suite provides a small kitchen with a refrigerator, various small appliances (microwave, toaster, waffle maker, kettle, small countertop toaster-oven, blender, electric wok) dishes and cutlery making it possible for guests to prepare their own hot beverages, continental breakfast or warm up simple meals. This non-smoking, child-friendly home offers a dedicated space for play with a small table and chairs, toys and books. Children can also play at the outdoor playground/park with splash pad within walking distance. Complimentary tea, herbal teas, coffee and a few cold beverages are available on arrival. Driveway parking for one car is included and guests can store their bicycles in the garage. Bicycle rental close-by. Enjoy our grounds at your leisure. Guests can take advantage of various eateries within walking distance.
