Very close to the Fontana metro station, from where you can reach the city center in 5 minutes and Paseo de Gracia in a 10-minute walk. It is on the second floor with no elevator. We are part of the WERESPECT program of the Barcelona City Council, committed to neighborhood coexistence. No noise is allowed after 10:00 PM; the apartment has a device that controls decibel levels.
