Higher Thornwood is a Grade II listed 16th century cottage set in grounds approaching two acres. The cottage is a 20 minute drive from Exeter and features panoramic views over Dartmoor. A short walk away is the village of Tedburn St Mary, which boasts a village shop and two pubs/eateries. The space There are four bedrooms sleeping eight people in total. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and one large shared toilet/shower room. Downstairs there is one double bedroom and large bathroom with level access. The lounge has a beautiful Inglenook fireplace with wood burner, beamed ceiling, latched doorway and a turret staircase. Outside there are almost 2 acres of safe attractive gardens/play area including boule/petanque area, hot tub (in summerhouse) and BBQ.
