2 storeys of my home with panoramic sea views

My house is situated in a great area....it's only 1km from the sea front and it's the birth place of the poet Dylan Thomas. This is my home so it will have my belongings in it but you are welcome to respectfully stay and look after my house and my cat Milo, while I am away. The space My house is built on a hill so it's 2 storey from the front and 3 storey from the back. Your space will be the upper 2 storeys which you access via the main front door. The basement and back garden is not part of this listing as it contains a separate self contained flat which may be rented out separately or used by me during your stay. This won't impact your privacy but it will mean that you'll need to be considerate regarding noise when on the ground floor. It will also mean that you don’t have access to laundry facilities but there is a laundrette 400m away from the house. Guest access You will have full and private use of the upper 2 storeys of the house. This includes private use of the front door, hallway, kitchen, dining room, TV room, upper 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. The only part locked off is the basement room and the back garden is not included in this listing. Other things to note You will need to be considerate regarding noise particularly when in the kitchen, late at night or early morning as noise on the ground floor can easily disturb basement guests. This is my main home so you will be borrowing it during your stay. The cupboards and wardrobes will contain my possessions and you will have responsibility for feeding my cat if I’m not staying in the ground floor (which is separate and self contained)
