A very warm little cosy home, with a beautiful balcony with the view in the picture. It has a view of the Marina as well as the sea to your right. Extremely well kept and maintained and as its on Abu Tig, its walking distance (no more than a few minutes) to Pier 88, Aurora, the supermarket, The Vietnamese, Chez Chantal and all other Abu Tig fun areas. Also 4 minutes to Moods and the Gym.
