River Rd is minutes away. Concerts w/ Willie, Miranda & ZZ Top often performing nearby at White Water Amphitheater. Watch deer graze while rocking on your front porch. Gather around a nice fire at the fire pit steps from the front door. Round out your day BBQ-ing & relaxing in a hot tub-right beside the cabin! The space Relaxing studio /efficiency Lake Cabin with private HOT TUB. Uniquely decorated & located minutes from the lake. We offer a comfortable king bed, nice linens, as well as a sofa sleeper (linens provided) Plz note there's no kitchenette or kitchen sink...The cozy cabin has a coffee bar area w/ coffeemaker, microwave, mini fridge w/ freezer, toaster, & limited dishes (not a full kitchenette), a large, open, ranch style charcoal bbq grill/ firepit & also a traditional covered charcoal bbq pit available. A/C with heat & during winter months a gas fireplace for temp control. Bathroom has a shower & sink w/ very hot water! Please note that due to the size of the cabin, the water heater is small. Water temp is set high to allow for a couple of 10 min showers. If you are the kind that likes to take really long showers this might cramp your style. It does however reheat quickly in 15 min & good to go again! The outdoor hot tub is located right outside the door along the side of the cabin. Please refer to listing pictures of its location and surrounding areas. The tub is private meaning you won't be sharing it with any hairy mountain men - just a possible deer or two. Deer & wildlife are plentiful up here so expect them out, especially in the mornings! During the warmer months, the lake & river comes alive... Tubing on Guadalupe River is just minutes away as well as outfitters to rent boats & all the lake toys. We're uniquely located near a variety of attractions. Be it a day of cool water fun at Schlitterbahn, a dance at historic Gruene Hall, built in 1878 with many well known musicians playing, an exciting day exploring & spelunking the underground caves at Natural Bridge Caverns, not to mention the adjacent Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch-a 450 acre "drive-thru" safari, rated by U.S. Today as one of the top 10 best safari parks in the U.S., Perhaps a tasting at one of the several wineries in the area is more your speed-each one is uniquely different. Whitewater Amphitheater hosts a variety of big name talent. You'll often find Miranda Lambert, Pat Green, & Willie Nelson, all performing here throughout the year. We live on property in the main house, so we're available to assist you during your stay! The cabin is next to the main house & faces away from our home. It overlooks the countryside providing privacy. Please note that the efficiency cabin is approximately 20ft away from main house. There's a driveway that seperates the cabin & main home. I have a shed that is temporarily located the lower adjacent lot that might appear like another homestead. Rest assured, it is not another neighbor. it's my uninhabited "she-shed' lol Guest access Private (not shared) Hot tub just outside the cabin on adjoining deck situated between main house & cabin. Deck has a covered Arbor and curtains you can pull around the tub for a little more privacy. Comfortable outdoor couch & swivel chairs. BBQ pit right off the deck with an outdoor patio table to dine under the towering oaks & millions of stars. You may be visited by deer in the AM & PM. Lower level of property has a large firepit to gather around in the evenings after a day on the lake or tubing on the river. A double adirondak swing for two is just off of the lower firepit. Other things to note We have a large off street area to park. You're welcome to bring your boat or toy hauler.
