A child is less than 12 years of age will be surcharged 100,000 VND/ 1 child/ 1 night for using the existing bedding. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults. Our residence is Non-smoking. We have outside space of property for smoking. The penalty charge is 25 USD Viet nam is the tropical country, so in order to avoid the insect, we prefer you to eat food in our food court where is at our nice garden or in the kitchen room. The residence has washing and laundry service with the reasonable price is only 30,000 VND/ 01 KG Cleaning is done upon arrival and one time per day, but in case you need extra cleaning, it will be cost 200,000 VND/ Cleaning Late check-in is welcomed: There is no limit in check-in time. You can check-in no matter how late it is. But we hope to be informed your check-in time in advance. Early check-in: If the room is available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you when you arrive and the luggage will be in the room when you return to check-in. Parking Area is available on site. Parking is free but needs to be registered. Please inform us in advance if you plan to come with a car or bike. Fitness Center: it is near by our residence, about 02 mins by walking.
