Beautiful new 100 m2 apartment with A/C is situated on the 2nd floor in the refurbished building with calm interior garden. It's spacious & luxurious with art works on the walls. The apartment is composed of two big sleeping rooms, one separate toilette (WC) and separate bathroom with shower in one of the rooms and of fully equipped kitchen with veranda-lounge space with the view on the sunny garden. Botanic garden or National Theatre are under 5min walk as well as supermarket and bakeries. The space All is new in the apartment from the walls to the furniture, we just put the new A/C on for summer days and fens, as well as the new bed. Apartement is placed in the beautiful old building built in the same time and similar style as the National Theatre. It has height ceilings and 90m2 surface so one feels very relaxed in on the the best neighborhoods in town. Supermarket SPAR and Bakery ‘Korica’, as well as cafe 'Dvoriste'; one of the favorite places for locals to go for coffee, cakes & organic ice creams are at 5 min distance, and to Dolac - the local farmers market - you have less than 15 min walk trough the centar - Flower square and Ban Jelacic Square. Linens, towels, sheets, hair drier and iron are of course provided, as well as a fast speed wifi. The space is suitable for couples, families with children, in general to people who like each other :) Guest access Access is very easy, if you come by plane just take a taxi (cca 15-20E) or a bus (5 E) and than a taxi (3-4 E), or if you arrive by car the National Theatre can be your guide, there are parking places all around. There is a cod on the entrance door and the apartment is on the second floor so good for light and the view and enough to avoid the street noice and not height to walk.
