The balcony is enclosed with a glass sliding door, so you can sit and enjoy the view irrespective of the weather. Close enough to beaches, restaurants, shops, harbor, penguins, hikes, tidal pools, Cape Point, Kalk bay, Muizenberg & much more. (Not suitable for loud parties, we are in a complex & must consider our neighbors) The space A one bedroomed apartment with an enclosed balcony & uninterrupted views. A queen size bed and a sleeper couch in the lounge if there is a 3rd person/child. The wifi is a Fibre connection. Simonstown is a quaint, historic town, home to the SA Navy and previously the British Royal Navy. It is located on the shores of False bay on the eastern side of the Cape Peninsula. Absorb yourself in the rich history of the town, visit museums and acquaint yourself with the legendary 'Just Nuisance', Cape Towns famous Great Dane. Also plenty coffeeshops and restaurants to enjoy. Then of course Cape Point Nature reserve, which is a 20 min drive to the gate. So much to do! Guest access Easy access from Redhill rd to the Complex gate and ring 501 at the gate and I open from my cell phone. Parking is under a carport and close to the front door. No steps. Other things to note DSTV COMPACT package only. Wifi included, Fibre connection. Please note: this unit in not suitable for parties and loud noise.
