The house is located in the historic center of the village of Arrone, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy," away from pollution, cars and noise. The parking lots are not far away and the last stretch of road is on foot, in a typical alley between stone walls and with a few steps. It consists of a kitchen-living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom, recently renovated, equipped with shower and full services. In the area adjacent to the living room there is a small mezzanine with a single bed. The house also has an exclusive adjacent garden, a green space with plants and flowers, delightful and reserved, leaning against the rock wall below the "Castle" and overlooking the valley. Sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon, it is equipped with a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs to allow guests a pleasant and relaxing stay even outdoors, from breakfast to dinner. Being obtained from a corner jutting out on the walls, the garden is not directly accessible from the house but you need to go out and take a few steps. The green space is completely fenced and exclusively pertinent.
