Welcome to Villa Ananda, located 5 min walk to Bingin beach and 3 min from Cashew Tree. Recent and spacious 3 bedroom air-conditioned villa opened in February 2020. The villa has a large shaded terrace with several lounges and direct access to the lush garden and swimming pool. Each bedrooms has it's own private tropical open air bathroom. In the garden a yoga hut for your practice, an outdoor shower and a covered board rack. WiFi, sheets, towels, parking and daily cleaning service are included. Villa Ananda is tucked away in a quiet spot in Bingin and is a 5 minute walk to Bingin beach and 3 minute walk from Cashew Tree. Our spacious and stylish villa is beautifully furnished with a large shaded terrace area, several lounges and direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. Each air conditioned bedroom has its own private tropical open air bathroom with ample space with your own walk in robe. Why not start your day with yoga in your own private hut overlooking the pool, cool off with a dip and have breakfast served to you on your sun bed by the pool. When the sun gets a bit too hot, retreat to the lounges under the shady balcony for a cool drink. After lunch, head down for a surf at the world famous Bingin surf break - when you arrive back, wash off in the tropical outdoor shower, store your board on the surfboard rack and retreat to the pool for an icy cold Bintang. With many options for dinner close by, you’re spoilt for choice. Or, if your feeling a little too comfortable to head out, have our local chef serve you up one of the delicious Indonesian dishes in the full kitchen for you to impress your friends when they come around for sundowners. Our aim at Villa Ananda is to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable, and in a true state of bliss. The stunning terrace is a pleasant living space equipped with several relaxation areas for you to choose from. A grand dining table allows you to enjoy lovely meals with friends and family in the privacy of the villa. The bright open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, crockery and utensils. Allowing you to eat in if you desire. On arrival, a cool drink will be served and coffee and tea are provided for the duration of your stay. A drinking water dispenser is also installed and two refills are provided for you. The large three bedrooms lead directly onto the terrace through large sliding bay windows equipped with curtains. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. The two larger bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps as well as a luxury dressing table and powder room area. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms can be locked with keys and a secure safe is at your disposal in all of the bedrooms. The third bedroom is equipped with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps and a large wardrobe. All the bathrooms are open air and planted with trees to immerse you in the tropical atmosphere of Bali. They are equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasins. Luxurious bath and pool towels are provided and included in the price of your rental. Villa Ananda is surrounded by a tropical garden and immersed within it is a yoga hut for your daily yoga practice or for a relaxing moment to just chill out and read a book. The swimming pool is extended so you can not only swim but cool off in a seated area and enjoy a drink. Surfing enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the board storage rack is covered and some of the best surfing spots in the south of Bali are just a few minutes away from Villa Ananda. The location of the villa allows you to enjoy the very relaxed atmosphere of Bingin and restaurants and cafes within walking distance such as Cashew Tree, Casa Asia, Seabourn Cafe, Blueseed Restaurant ... Guest access For the security of your belongings, valuables must be secured when leaving the villa. A safety box is provided for cash, passports, and important items. Please ensure all bedroom doors and the main entrance are locked when away. Our team will assist upon arrival with the safety box and locking systems. Following these standard precautions helps ensure a safe and worry-free stay. Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We've designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don't worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night's charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Need a little extra help or special gear? We're here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we've got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
