Situated in a quiet estate. within walking distance of shops (SuperValu, Lidl, Aldi) and town centre. Great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry and the Beara peninsula. Kenmare is home to some fine dinning and great Irish pubs. There are two golf clubs - Kenmore golf club is just a few min walk, and the Kerry golf club which is a short drive out the Sneem road. It overlooks amazing views of the bay. Well worth stopping in, even if it is only for coffee. The space the ground floor, is mainly the living area. It includes Utility room, fully equipped kitchen+dinning ,sitting room and w.c.. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bathroom has an instant warm water shower. Towels are in the hot press upstairs. Guest access All house and garden. Other things to note The TV has Netflix but no other channels. Parking is free in car parks in the town. If you park on the streets, there is a limit of two hours of free parking.
