Guest access I live and work on the ground floor of my house and rent rooms upstairs. Everyone has a key to the house. They enter and exit as they wish. Tenants share: - Toilets, with hand basin - A fitted kitchenette (fridge/freezer, mini oven and microwave, kettle, induction stove, toaster, dishes, table...) I take care to maintain a caring and calm atmosphere, conducive to work and/or rest. During your stay While I emphasize that everyone "lives their own life", I enjoy chatting with guests when we meet in the common hallway on the ground floor. On the other hand, I am always available to provide any tourist or other information, to chat... I have solid experience in hosting (10 years), including foreign students. If you wish, I can provide free transit to Tours or Saint Pierre des Corps train station, Tours airport, and provide you with a map upon arrival to guide you around the city.
