Bright and spacious single room in my house, perfect for solo travellers and digital nomads looking not just for a place to sleep but also for hints from a local. Workspace, good wifi, and plenty of storage. The house comes with 3 funny indoor cats! You have full use of the kitchen, just no meat please. Full breakfast for short stays, with veg options. Our village has shops, hikes around it, and 5am-9pm buses to the beach of Sestri Levante, then a short train ride to 5 Terre and Portofino. The space The house is at the second and top floor of a small pink building, with 360° view, overlooking the mountains and the valley until the sea (sunsets are breathtaking from the balcony!). I live and work in the house, I'm a private and quiet person but I love to share talks and experiences. Internet is fast, there are no noises, the winters here are very mild, sunny days can be 25 degrees even in December. The surroundings are amazing, the sea of Sestri Levante is 15 minutes by car and 25 by bus, and popular places like 5 Terre and Portofino are reachable in less than one hour. I live with 3 sweet and friendly indoor cats, Rio, Grimm and Zucca (means Pumpkin!) Guest access Free parking on the main street. Bus stop 5 minutes walking. There are not a few stone steps from the main road to reach the house. Castiglione means actually Castle, and the house is inside the old walls! During your stay I work from home as freelance, doing tour bookings and press office for music bands. So I'm often available for advices or chats. Other things to note The cats are part of the family and free to roam in the house. They're indoor cats with all vaccines, cares etc. Of course you can lock your room, but I like - and they like! - when guests are wanting to cuddle and play with them! Full breakfast for stays of 6 nights or less, breakfast basic provided for longer stays. Vegan breakfast happily provided on request (oats, veg drinks, vegan muesli, nuts, seeds, fruits, soy yoghurt) I care about the environments, bedsheets and towels are 100% cotton, and the detergents used for cleaning are vegan, cruelty free , hypoallergenic with no artificial scents.
