Second floor Victorian walk up lovingly restored home in Harambee district of inner city Milwaukee (Near North-East Side) offers an economical second floor 2 bedroom flat, double bed in each of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, parlor, and a balcony. This unit is a second floor flat, there are two apartments on the second floor and a first floor flat below. It is probable that you will hear folks going about their business, similar to what you might hear in a hotel. The space This stately 120 year old Victorian has been lovingly rescued from years of neglect, mostly by my own two hands. This upper apartment includes an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Just outside the main bedroom is access to a balcony overlooking the street and gardens. The perfect place to start your adventure with a cup of coffee/tea and cool morning breezes. Guest access The entire flat is available for your use. Feel free to walk the garden labyrinth, or avail yourself of the fresh vegetables often set out on the garden table for the taking. The orchard on the south side offers a number of picnic tables for outside dining, or just hanging with friends. Other things to note Off street parking is available & suggested. While not generally necessary in this neighborhood, it can simplify compliance with city parking ordinances at night. I run a large urban garden next door. I would love to share some of the bounty with you during your stay. We generally have an assortment of vegetables and fruits available, grown here or supplied by our partners.
