Entire Property-One bedroom apartment-NOT shared! Cousy and recent renovated,very close to the beach, supermarkets, bus station, kiosk, pharmacy, bar, pubs, Friendly Enviroment, with a beautiful garden full of trees(such us lemon trees etc) and flowers. It has also plenty of parking place just in front of the apartment and it's free! We are looking forward to welcoming our quests and are always ready, willing and able to help out with the best of insider knowledge! The space It’s independent studio. And as for the description I’ll just use one of my guests review because I believe that the best view is through a guest’s eye. “The place is very charming and picturesque surrounded by a little green oasis with lots of plants and very cute and friendly cats where it is nice to sit outside and enjoy some fresh air. It’s a quiet place but only a couple of meters away from the next shop where you can buy everything you need and the next bus station which means it’s very easy to get around to places (the bus comes every 10 min and goes everywhere from city center to Cape Greco to Ayia Napa and everywhere in between). The apartment is pretty spacious and absolutely precious with adorable touches and interior arrangement. Maria was an incredibly great host, always very considerate and a friendly and sympathetic person! She made me feel at home and I enjoyed my stay very much. Would definitely want to come again and can only recommend the place and Maria as a host! :)” Guest access Guests can enjoy all provided services in the house. Also Front and back yard and the Parking in front of the house. Other things to note The house is inside a big garden. There are lots of flowers and trees around and it’s very quiet area. it has all the amenities that a person needs. Aircondition, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, electric kettle, gas stove, hairdryer, safe child seat if necessary, also you do not have to carry with you in baggage bulky beach towels and beach bags. You can also find them in the apartment. As a beach umbrella too. The kitchen has every piece of equipment you would need, plus more. There is plenty of parking space just in front of the apartment, very close to the most beautiful beaches, churches nearby and views right across the fields to distant villages. Supermarkets, cafes and banks with ATM machines within 5 min walking distance and the bigger supermarkets (such as 'metro' - only 800 mtrs away and Lidl ony 600 mtrs away).
