unique property, suite 1 in stunning location

we are almost finished converting a old schoolhouse building, with stunning views of countryside, windmill etc. we have completed Phase 1 which provides 3 chalet type suite rooms - guest have use of internal courtyard . Each room has a kitchenette and en suite bathroom, free parking. Suite 1 offers king size bed and table and chairs the schoolhouse is on the outskirts of town, 10 minute walk on lit pavements to bars and shops. The space 10 min walk or 2 min drive to town, we are located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Guests have galley kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle (no oven ) if they would like to prepare breakfast - there are some places to have a cooked breakfast in town if preferred. Guest access guests have full use of the interior courtyard and the entrance waiting area. this area is only accessed by the 3 no suites at any time. Guests will have full use of the gardens when they are complete
