Modern Townhouse with Beautiful Private Garden

This property is located between the Old town and Port of Javea. The beach and old town is just a short walk away. The apartment is spacious, has a private garden and shares a swimming pool. Close by are amentities such as supermarkets, shops and public transport. The transfer bus from Alicante airport has a stop just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. We welcome families, couples and groups over 30 years old. The space The apartment has a beautiful private L shaped garden with a lovely outdoor seating area, a lime tree and other beautiful plants. The sun hits the garden for most of the day so it is a great private spot for sunbathing. The outdoor dining table, with parasol, is a lovely spot for eating al fresco. The garden truly is a little slice of paradise. All bedrooms are double bedrooms and have balconies that overlook the garden. All the rooms are bright, spacious and comfortable. The duplex apartment has 2 bathrooms (with baths) upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs. One of the bathrooms is the en-suite of the master bedroom. You can enjoy the morning sun coming in the window in the morning or use the black out shutters to get a good lie in! The open plan living room and kitchen is a great place to chill out, watch tv, listen to the radio or have a siesta! The living room leads out into the garden through the patio doors. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your holiday. There is a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. In the utility room there is a washing machine. The new, environmentally friendly, air conditioning system will keep you cool during the warmer nights. This apartment has very fast, reliable internet which runs our UKTV and can be used on phones, laptops and tablets, of course. If you have an Amazon Fire stick or something similar, please feel free to bring it as our TV supports these devices. We have a TV both upstairs and downstairs. Guest access This duplex apartment is ground floor and first floor and accessed through the ground floor. To get into the complex there is a gated entrance but you can also access the ground floor from the street through a private entrance! Other things to note We supply linen, shower towels and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and dishwasher. The garden has a seating area, there is a dining table and 2 sunbeds. If you require early check in or late check out then just ask, we always do our best to accommodate your requests.
