The residence has two communal swimming pools, open from 1 July to 15 September, free for our guests, and has private access to two beautiful sandy beaches, only 300 meters away from the villa. The space The villa, divided into two apartments, will be totally at your exclusive disposal. It is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning and wi-fi) and is surrounded by a large equipped terrace where you can enjoy unique moments of relaxation, ideal for children to play, and by an enchanting and colorful garden. The villa has 10 sleeping places (3 double bedrooms; 1 bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined on request; 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and on request; in addition there are two cots on request) 4 bathrooms and 3 showers. It is necessary to go up and down stairs to access some of the bedrooms. There are two kitchens. There is a washing machine in the house. Outside there is a barbecue and a built-in shower, a relaxation area with deck chairs, tables and umbrellas and a lunch-dinner area with a large table and patio. Guest access Our guests have free access to all the internal and external spaces of the two apartments that make up the villa. The large terrace in front of the villa is for the exclusive use of our guests, and includes a wood-burning cooker (barbecue) and an external worktop with sink, as well as an external courtesy shower for the beach. There is also a large garden around the villa, also for the exclusive use of guests, and two allocated parking spaces in front of the villa. Furthermore, guests of Gerri's Villa have free access to the whole residence, to the pools and beaches, for free use. Other things to note Note on the tourist tax: it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax for the municipality of Cefalù in cash to the host. The tax is equal to 2.00 euro per day for each guest over 12 years of age and must be paid only for the first 5 nights. The host will issue you a regular receipt of the payment of the tourist tax.
