Home in Dover-Foxcroft

This home is located on the beautiful shores of Sebec Lake in Dover Foxcroft just 75 feet from the water. It features an open space living area with the master bedroom and master bath on the first floor, two bedrooms upstairs and a main bathroom on the first floor. There is a washer & dryer & dishwasher for guests use. There is a wood Jutul stove for secondary heat with a monitor heater. On the front lawn there is a fire pit over looking the lake. There is a gas BBQ grill on site The space We are located about 10 miles from town in which there are two grocery stores, banks and restaurants. there is a public boat launch about 3 miles from the home where You can launch your boat and then park it at our dock. Other things to note Master bedroomhas a queen bed (suspened from ceiling) two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. The home will comfortably sleep up to 10 ppl. The cost per night of $350 is based on parties up to 6 ppl, each additional person is an additional $40 per day. We are pet friendly for most breeds of dogs and we charge an additional $100 per stay pet fee for 1 dog if there are 2 dogs (max ) this will be an additional $100 making the fee$200 for the visit.
