Completely refurbished by us, it has a non-adjacent garden by the river overlooking the castle and church. At the gates of the Poitevin marsh, 30 min from the beaches and 45 min from Puy du Fou or La Rochelle. You will be seduced by the quietness of the street! The space The accommodation consists of: 🏠 On the ground floor, a living room with a large fitted kitchen and a living room. Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix 🛏 Upstairs, a bedroom with a TEMPUR memory foam mattress and an en-suite shower room. Possibility of putting an extra mattress (190 x 90) for a child. From 4 nights, your bed is made on arrival and we provide you with towels. For stays of 2/3 nights, if you don't want to be burdened with your laundry, we offer this "ready to sleep" service for 20 euros. 🍼 Baby pack (on request free of charge) with baby bed + a real mattress, highchair, shower chair and different games (depending on age) Our accommodation is suitable for a couple alone or with 1 child. 🍀In the garden, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Lay (our Vendée river), and why not take the opportunity to have breakfast or an aperitif by the water.
