This 1 bedroom suite is the perfect location for a stay in Logan or just stopping through on the way to Bear Lake, Jackson Hole, or wherever your journey takes you. Cook meals in the full kitchen and wash your laundry in the free washer and dryers. In the warmer months enjoy a meal on the deck and let the kids or pets play in the enclosed back yard. Sleep great on the comfortable memory foam, queen mattress in the bedroom and a lay down couch for the kids in the living room! The space The inside of the suite is newly remodeled! Because of national building supply shortages we are still waiting for our house's new exterior but we still wanted to open up the suite for guests to enjoy! The suite is the back unit of a duplex, the front unit has long term tenants. The back porch is exclusive to the guests but the back yard is shared with the front unit tenants. Guest access There is a private driveway for guests on the right side of the house that can accommodate 1-2 vehicles. The left driveway is restricted to guests and is for long term tenants of the front unit. Daytime street parking is free year-round and overnight street parking is allowed March 15 - November 15. Other things to note While we love our guests to travel with their pets, our furry friends bring with them hair, additional wear and tear, and occasional land mines in the yard. Because of this, we need to charge guests traveling with pets an additional $30 accommodation fee per animal for costs related to pets. We also ask that no pets be allowed in the bedroom to protect our white linens. Thanks for your understanding!
