It includes 4 master suites, a dormitory bedroom, a bright living room, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Indoor pool, jacuzzi with a view, billiards, bowling alley: everything is there to relax and share good times. Ideal for stays with family, friends, or to host seminars and retreats in a peaceful setting. The space 🤫A place to meet... in peace! We would like to offer everyone a peaceful stay, in a serene and respectful atmosphere. That's why we invite you to be discreet in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and respect for the neighborhood. 🚫Parties and festive events are not allowed. (Hen/stag parties, weddings, various parties, etc.) 🐶 Please note: no pets allowed 🚫 (including small dogs and cats). No exceptions will be made. 🛜 The accommodation is equipped with fiber optics, perfect for teleworking. 🏊🏻‍♂️ The pool is heated all year round, with a temperature of about 27° in winter and 29° in summer. 🛏️ The bunk beds are only suitable for children and teenagers. 👶 🍼 If you need baby equipment (bed, high chair, standing bathtub, changing table, potty, toys, etc.) please specify this when booking. 📸 The gîte can be made available for photo shoots: brand campaigns, advertisements, reports, etc. Other things to note ⛱️ Summer reservations (July – August): Rental is only by the week, from Sunday to Sunday. 🕦 Please note that during peak season, check-in and check-out times are fixed and cannot be changed. 👷🏼‍♀️ We are attentive to your feedback and make improvements every year to make your stay even more enjoyable.
