Charming flat close to the city centre, on a quiet street. The city centre is within walking distance (max 10min). There is a tram station just 3 min walking from the apartment. The flat has recently been refurbished. There is the option to park the car on the street for free. However, no parking on the premises is possible. The TV is connected to Netflix and YouTube, but not to local French channels. The space NON-SMOKING APARTMENT// This is a non-smoking apartment. If the rules are broken, we will take the 100 euro deposit to pay for the cleaning. Apartment is only for residential purposes. Guests may not provide commercial services on our premises. Security camera at the main entrance door of the building. Other things to note We provide bed linen and one towel (size: 50x100cm) per guest.
